Testimonials about Polarity Therapy training at Bukit Asri Lodge in Bali 2019

Peter and Barbara D – Esperance, WA Australia

Location& venue, great place to fully immerse in the polarity journey. The isolation created a focused learning environment and experience.

Accommodation, very comfortable and we found it met our needs.

Meals were lovely and enjoyed the freshness of the food.

All of the above combined and created a focused learning environment and experience, we both felt like we could have stayed longer.

The format of the training and support allowed us to fully focus on our own polarity journey as well as preparing us to be Polarity Therapists.

We have both benefited greatly from our experience, feeling much more free, calmer, enlightened and confident in helping our clients.

Gloriane M – USA

As for my experience, I though Bukit Asri did a great job. The grounds were perfect, even better than the pictures, I loved my little cottage and they were very attentive to the cleanliness of it everyday. The food blew my mind, even though I wasn’t used to eating that often, I was always impressed with what I got. Everyone was so friendly and in the end, it felt like we were leaving friends, not just employees of the place we stayed.

My clinic experience- I wasn’t very excited for clinic. I’m not sure what was holding me back, maybe fear, but I was against it at first. When we actually got the village in and got to work on actual clients, it was incredible!! I learned so much about myself during clinic. It’s one thing working on your fellow students, it’s a whole different story when you have someone on the table looking to get some real help from you. And seeing the work actually help people! it’s unlike any feeling I’ve ever had. So thank you for having the clinic, thank you for making me push through whatever was holding me back, thank you for that life changing experience.

As you know, I took polarity 1 and 2 here in America. I was seeking out a new view of the work and I absolutely got it from you and Ruby. Where I learned polarity the first time was very etheric and I don’t think I could really grasp everything, like it was too much information or something. What you taught and the way you taught, helped me firmly grasp the concepts that I couldn’t previously. I got to see and feel polarity from a totally different viewpoint and I feel lucky to be able to bring this to my clients. I am so glad you do polarity yoga, it just makes sense to me! That and Qi Gong was an area that was missing for me before. It’s useful for my clients, yes, but for me I see it as a way to help myself be a better practitioner, even a better person. And breathing, it’s amazing noticing how little you breathe once you actually start breathing. I also look up to you and Ruby, you are both so approachable yet so knowledgeable and completely humble about your knowledge. I will forever remember that and for the rest of my life I will try to be like that.

  • The two week immersion program is an excellent approach to learning, assimilating, and putting into practice the art and science of Polarity therapy. It allowed each of us to focus on specific learning goals, as well as to quickly forge trust based relationships with other participants.
  • The clinic experience for guests, staff and their family members was a win-win situation, i.e. very helpful in understanding the client / practitioner interface, as well as providing positive outcomes and benefits for those attending.
  • The manuals used for the Level 1 and 2 course were professionally produced, the content was comprehensive & easy to follow and they were beautifully illustrated with charts diagrams and photos of each protocol.
  • I also enjoyed the morning discussion and open question sessions where anything related to health building could be addressed.
  • The training facility was an amazing wooden structure with impressive ceilings and beams, surrounded by gardens, and ideally suited to working with the human energy fields.
  • The cabins were well maintained, spacious and clean, all with front porches overlooking the grounds.
  • Meals prepared on site by Ketuk and his young staff, were exceptional, with a wide variety of Indonesian & European dishes from which to choose. Lunches were light, nutritious  delicious, and always a surprise!
  • Staff at the lodge were genuinely hospitable, helpful and made our visit memorable with their kindness.
