Meditation & Breathing class commencing April 21 2016 at Noosaville

I will be offering Breathe into Health classes at CQU Campus Noosaville. These classes will cover all the important aspects of using the breath to support Meditation. A variety of Meditation techniques from Yoga and Buddhist disciplines will be discussed and practised. We will discuss and practise simple Mindfulness techniques.

At the end of this 9 week program participants will feel confident to apply their own Breathing, Meditation and Mindfulness practices.
